Thank you for shopping with Belle & Tolle. Here's everything you need to know about how your order is made and delivered.
Made to Order
Each Belle & Tolle piece is made to order through our trusted print and fulfillment partner. This means your item is produced specifically for you after you order — reducing waste and ensuring quality. Please allow a short production window before your order ships.
Processing Time
• Production: 2–7 business days to create your item before it ships.
• Orders are produced and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping Times (after production)
Estimated transit times once shipped:
• United States: 3–5 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination and customs)
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Estimates are not guarantees and may vary during peak periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Any available free-shipping promotions will be applied automatically.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@belleandtolle.com.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll help open a claim with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refund Policy — contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or refund.
